What's the difference between done-with-you and done-for-you?

Done-with-you ($300/hr) means I work alongside your existing team — strategic guidance, weekly working sessions, and hands-on review. You keep the build internal, I keep you out of the ditches. Done-for-you ($3K–$20K project) means I run the engagement: I plan it, build it, test it, and hand it back ready to operate.

Do I need a free audit before a paid engagement?

No. The free audit is the lowest-friction way to see how I work — but you can skip straight to a paid audit, hourly engagement, or project if you already know what you need.

How fast can we start?

I respond within one business day. Hourly engagements typically start within a week. Done-for-you projects usually kick off 1–2 weeks from contract signing depending on scope and current capacity.
