Getner & AI Boutique ActiveCampaign Management

Privacy Policy

Short version: I collect the minimum I need to reply to you or do the work you ask for, I don't sell or share it with anyone outside the short list of service providers below, and you can ask me to delete it any time.

What I collect and from where

There are a few places on this site where you can give me information:

  • Contact form, application form, migration-assessment form, and audit-request form — these collect some combination of your name, email, company, and short answers to qualifying questions (ActiveCampaign usage, list size, current platform, timeline, primary goal, your message or challenge). Whichever form you use, you know what you're filling out.
  • "Probe My Brain" AI terminal — if you enter your email to unlock the chat, I log your email along with the question(s) you ask and the AI-generated response, so I can follow up with you if what you asked looks like something I can help with.
  • Standard web server logs — Netlify (my hosting provider) records IP addresses, browser user agents, and request paths for every visitor. This is normal for any website and is used for security and debugging, not tracking.

For aggregate traffic stats I use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookie-less analytics tool. Plausible records page views, referrers, and rough geographic region (country level) in aggregate form. It does not set cookies, does not persist visitor identifiers, and does not track you across other sites. Individual visitors are not identifiable in the data I see. No Google Analytics, Meta pixel, or advertising-related tracking.

What I do with it

  • Reply to you directly (contact form).
  • Evaluate whether we're a good fit to work together (application, migration, audit forms).
  • Follow up with relevant help after you've engaged the AI terminal.
  • Debug the site and keep it secure (server logs).

I don't sell your data. I don't share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks. I don't use it to train AI models.

Who else sees it

A short list of service providers process data on my behalf. Each has its own privacy policy covering their practices:

  • Netlify — hosts the site, processes form submissions, and stores server logs. Netlify Privacy Policy
  • Anthropic — when you use the Probe My Brain terminal, your questions are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate Greg's voice. Anthropic Privacy Policy
  • Calendly — if you book a call after submitting the application or migration forms, Calendly handles the scheduling. Calendly Privacy Policy
  • Google Fonts — the site loads Fraunces, Inter Tight, and JetBrains Mono from Google's font CDN. Google sees the IP addresses of font requests. Google Privacy Policy
  • Plausible Analytics — provides the aggregate, cookie-less traffic stats described above. Plausible Privacy Policy · Data Policy

How long I keep it

Form submissions and terminal transcripts stay in Netlify Forms indefinitely by default, because they're how I follow up. If you want yours deleted, email me and I'll remove the record. Server logs from Netlify are retained per their standard retention policy.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can:

  • Ask what I have on you. I'll tell you.
  • Ask me to delete it. I will, unless I have a legal obligation to keep it (I generally don't).
  • Ask me to correct it. I'll update it.
  • Opt out of future contact. Just reply "remove" or similar to any email from me and you're off.

If you're in the EU/UK, you have these rights under GDPR. If you're in California, you have them under CCPA. Either way, email greg@getner.ai and I'll handle it personally within a reasonable time. No forms, no portals.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies on visitors for tracking, analytics, or advertising. Calendly may set its own cookies after you interact with the embedded booking widget — those are governed by Calendly's policy.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

International visitors

The site is hosted on Netlify, whose infrastructure may be located in the United States. By using the site or submitting forms, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in the US and in the locations of the service providers listed above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, I'll update the "effective date" at the top of this page. Minor clarifications won't be announced; substantive changes will be flagged in the next email you get from me, if you're on my list.

Contact
